C&F was founded by Mr & Mrs Chan Heng Kok in 1977 and since emerged as one of the leading snack food manufacturers in Sabah today. It has a humble beginning as a small family business and the determination to succeed in the industry has yielded rewarding returns. C&F is now operating from its own 92,000 square feet factory premises at Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park in Sepangar Bay, Menggatal, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, employing advance enable fully automatic production system to assure customers of quality consistency and reliability.
 

C&F's products are widely distributed in Malaysia and can be obtained in various supermarkets and retailing outlets. Over the recent years. C&F has expanded its geographical coverage from the domestic markets to the neighbouring countries of Brunei Darulsalam, Indonesia and Philippines. C&F's goal is to have its products extensively marketed on the shelves of other countries in Asia, USA and Europe in the very near future as the world market is becoming borderless with trade globalization and liberalization.
